Dear Bridgette, I wanted to thank you for such a great job on our
wedding day. We loved the music and so did every one else. You received
rave reviews, so much so that the Alumni House asked for your name and
number! I hope I can go to a wedding some day while you are playing and be
able to listen more! Best Wishes, Sandra Swain |

Dear Bridgette, Bernie and all,
How can I thank all of you for making our day so special. The music was
absolutely beautiful - and our guest were so very impressed with Celebrated
String Quartet. This thank you note will never come close to expressing
our appreciation for your exquisite repertoire.
I look forward to telephoning you in the next few days to thank you
personally. (I had expected that I could steal a few minutes to speak with
you and express these sentiments directly, but was forewarned that the
bridal party doesn't get to spend the time with family or friends. WOW - I
never expected that I wouldn't find the time to speak to our honored
guests.).
The Celebrated String Quartet added a touch class to the wedding and
reception that no other music accompaniment could have come close. By the
way, you looked terrific on stage. I chose this room for the dinner
because it was intimate and elegant. You added to these sentiments by
playing for our guests.
If I ever get married again....... just kidding!
Should the CSQ ever play for the public, could you let me and Jed know. It
would be wonderful to sit back and listen to your music again.
Fondly,
Jean |
Dear Bridgette, Thank you so much for your wonderful
performance at our recent wedding. The musical selections and delivery
were both outstanding. We received many compliments from our guests. We
are sorry that in all of the confusion of the evening we did not get to
personally compliment all of the Celebrated String Quartet members. Please
convey our wishes to your fellow members. We will enthusiastically
recommend your group to others. Best Wishes, Deanna & Jeff

needed on making our decision to go with you. Thank you and I look forward

Dear Bridgette,
We're just back from Bermuda and I wanted to thank you for the wonderful
music! It made for a perfect ceremony and reception. The quartet lived up to
every hope we had - the music was perfect, you were prompt, attentive, and
most professional -- we didn't have to worry about a thing! And your
arrangements of the two pieces we used during the ceremony were lovely.
Again, our thanks, and our best wishes for continued success.
Warmest regards,

Dear Bridgette and Quartet, Thank you so much for providing
music for our Wedding Reception at Bethesda Country Club. Even through my
careful planning of the reception it would not have been complete or a
sucess without your music. Although as the bride I was busy, I did note;
the music was masterful, cherrful, and most beautifully performed. All our
guests were delighted and really enjoyed your performance. The music was a
great success and terrific. Until we have an anniversary dinner, I
remain. Respectfully yours, Christine Ruth Seville

"A professional chamber quartet good for
ceremonies and receptions. Couples work directly with the musicians, which
means no agency fees. The ensemble's repertoire is largely classical but
includes jazz, popular tunes, tango, salsa, and waltzes."

Independent Review of wedding-related services
Sonja - Here is a success story from using your "review" page. I used
the Celebrated String Quartet as reviewed on your page. They were
fabulous. I couldn't believe the number of compliments we received at our
reception . The musicians were great and friendly -- not your typical
snotty musicians. At our reception, we requested a mixed of music since
our guests were from all age groups. The CSQ performed classical, popular
wedding music, waltzes, tangos, showtunes, jazz and ragtimes. Being a
musician myself, I really admired their extensive repertoire which from
what I hear were developed over many, many years. Once again thanks for
providing a review page. Autrey Remburg |

Re: Re: String trio for ceremony Posted by: Lysa
I am looking for a string trio (either two violins
and cello or violin, cello, and flute) to play at my wedding ceremony.
Does anyone know of a relatively inexpensive group? We are also interested
in music students or others who play at weddings "on the side."
Thanks!I have a friend who used a student group for her
wedding and they never showed up for the ceremony (exam week)! I'm sure
there are many amateur groups that are decent but the savings are usually
$100 or less. My fiancee and I thought it was just not worth risking it
(especially the ceremony) so we looked for a reasonable professional
string quartet - i.e. calling the musicians directly, etc. The Celebrated
String Quartet was highly recommended by our church choir director - so we
are going with them. - Nate
Lysa - I second the Celebrated String Quartet. My fiancee
and I heard them play at an open rehearsal last weekend and they were
fabulous! After hearing them, you couldn't not want them for your wedding.
